In the 2nd half!!! Or perhaps the luck was just with Blackburn today!! They must have used most of their quota for the season!

BLACKBURN somehow kept Newcastle at bay in a first half that had fans wondering if they had turned up.
Owen Coyle’s side failed to have a single shot or corner, and didn’t even commit a foul.
Blackburn failed to have a single shot in the first half against Newcastle
Struggling Rovers were roundly mocked on Twitter for their performance in the first 45 minutes at Ewood Park.
But clearly there is something to Coyle’s tactics of refusing to participate actively in the match.
Following two disallowed second half Newcastle goals, overwhelming underdogs Blackburn took the lead.
In the 74th minute, Charlie Mulgrew banged a free kick into the bottom corner.
As a result Brighton now go top so perhaps some of their luck was used up too!

Have seen Blackburn a couple of times on tv. Think they will get out of trouble. Decent going forward.

Although I still believe they'll win the league, Newcastle have now lost 7 games this season - that's only 4 less than us, I think?

Newcastle V Blackburn- Blackburn have managed only three clean sheets all season, TWO of those have came against Newcastle. Both 1-0 wins for BRFC.

One shot on target but it went in! If thats not sheer luck I dont know what is!

Mohammed Diame hit the bar in the first half and Dwight Gayle was twice denied for the Magpies when inside the box.
Gayle and Ciaran Clark both had goals ruled out, for offside and handball respectively, after the break.
Blackburn's winner came when Mulgrew struck from the edge of the box after Jack Colback brought down Marvin Emnes.
One shot on target but it went in! If thats not sheer luck I dont know what is!
