Went in the ticket office to buy 2 tickets for the FA Cup game next sunday, not very busy at the time and was told they are NOT selling cup tickets today, at which point I said thank you and informed them that I will be watching it on the BBC. It's a 66 mile round trip from home to ground so I won't be returning to purhase in the week, and I am not paying booking fee's and postage on line END OF RANT

The ticket office NEVER sell for other games on a matchday.
A pain but it's been like it forever.
Get on the blower tomorrow.

I hear this all the time, totally unprofessional and inconvenient for City fans.

The fee's are nonsense but it's the same most places these days tbf, completely understand you frustration mind I was trying to get tickets for the Barnsley game, I wanted to buy a load of ticket's online morning of the game to pick up at the ticket booth and they wanted to charge me an admin fee then another £1 booking fee PER TICKET.
I was going to have a rant about it on here at the time, I can't remember if I did or I didn't now tbh
