Spot on from Neil, hopefully he ll get the chance in the summer and we can loook forward to a good season, January options are going to be limited and over priced as usual so I can't imagine him going to mad with the spending, he ll also get rid of a good few this summer.

Absolutely right I think there should be wholesale changes and we shouldn't be afraid to let the old guard leave so as to make a fresh start.
