Not enough leaders'

Is there a vacuum of leaders in the Cardiff City squad?

Neil Warnock thinks so

"I don’t think we’ve got enough talkers or leaders. Even the lads you’d expect to talk held their hands up and said they didn’t talk enough. "

"We can’t do everything on the bench. They’ve got to think for themselves. They’ve got to lead and not go in a shell. "

"One of our strengths since I’ve been here has been our organisation. After Barnsley, to lose after nearly scoring at the end to win it was criminal."

Compare this current squad with the squad we had when we won the Championship title. Back then we had Hudson, Conway, Cowie, Turner, McNaughton, and Gunnarsson who had all been captains before with us or at another club. There might even have been more. Now, who do we have? Gunnarsson is the only player I would actually say is captain material. Maybe Lambert as a vice at a push but never been a fan of strikers as captains.
