I can't see it working out though, he may improve the training side of things but can't see him being much of a motivator in a relegation scrap, he's never experienced one.

If I'm honest I can't see gigs doing a job for them in fact I think he would get them relegated but he could get other jobs but he doesn't I don't think he cut out for managemeant
