Since the "outstanding" Manga returned to the side we have conceded 7 goals in 3 games. He has not improved us. Not convinced he is worth the money we are paying him.

He has to stay.

Bruno won't sign another contract unfortunately.

We can't afford to pay him his current salary let alone offer him a new one.

Probably playing so well at the moment to try to get a decent move in January.

Funny though Warnock rates Bruno Manga highly and we've been conceeding goals since August and sloppy goals.

Maybe we will see Bruno and Bamba playing together on Friday?

Morrison was poor again today in our own box (a threat in attack granted but his main job is to defend!)

Thought it Was excepted that he had to go because of his wages. If he stays we will struggle to be able to get in new blood. And he is fecking off soon to the African Nations cup. So he will be no use to us.

Correct, Nukes...and there were 'off field' issues too, but these appear to have been quietly sorted of late ;)

I have to question what game you were watching yesterday... Morrison cleared anything that was near him in our box, as well as being a constant threat at the other end. Manga's distribution was, in the nicest possible way of putting it, shit. Not sure what game Phil Smith from WalesOnline was watching when he gave Manga our man of the match.

But I suppose Cardiff fans' judgement of players' ability has always been shite, Manga joins the same list as Daehli and Fabio of players who were massively overrated.

Conveniently those stats don't mention his 67% passing accuracy and 50% tackles won!!

It's certainly funny how we see the game differently.

Almost every clearance I saw from Morrison went straight to a Brentford player including a terrible clearance straight to a player in the box which brought a truly brilliant save from Murphy.

He was also extremely lucky not to concede at least one and possibly two penalties. I agree (and said in my original post) that Morrison was a threat at the attacking end of the pitch as he always is but he has all season been an integral part of a defence that is conceding way too many goals. It's certainly not all his fault but he's not really helping.

He's a captain who provides no leadership or organisational qualities at the back. Ben Turner used to get vilified for just lumping the ball forward aimlessly but Morrison does exactly the same thing without being as good at actually defending as Turner.

Manga is prone to mistakes every game - that's why he's not playing at a higher level but at actually defending which is his main function, for me at least, he is far better than Morrison. Just because somebody doesn't agree with your personal view does not mean that other fans judgements are "shite".
