Personally I thought when he played for City he had some quality touches, but was a lazy player and did not help our cause.
Zaha made 12 appearances for Cardiff, but was sent back as it was not working out for him.

Former Cardiff City loan flop Wilfried Zaha admitted he was 'depressed' around the time he joined the Bluebirds.

Zaha was signed on loan from Manchester United by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in January 2014, but failed to make any impact in the Welsh capital despite his £15m price tag.

The winger started just five matches for the Bluebirds(12 appearances in total) under doomed former boss Solskjaer after struggling at United under then-manager David Moyes.

And Zaha, whose time at Old Trafford was blighted by rumours about why his was out of favour.

Cardiff City sent Zaha back to Old Trafford who then later joined Crystal Palace, where he was able to sort his problems out and produce the quality football he was known for.

SPURS TARGET WILFRED ZAHA

Tottenham are preparing to test the regime change at Crystal Palace with a £30m move for Wilfried Zaha, according to The Sun.

Spurs failed with a £12m bid in the summer and Mauricio Pochettino will test the waters again as he looks to add to his squad in January.

Based on age and potential he is still about 15 million..

Showed real class in the odd game for us but for me was never committed and didn't really want to be here.

My problem is I feel he is way too sentimental to Palace. he clapped them when they smashed 3-0 and we was in a relegation battle and refused to do the Ayatollah in that game.. he needs to grow up and realise he won't be at Palace forever, they are the only club that he will want to perform for.

He was awful for us. One of those loans that leaves a bitter taste.

Simple but fair, I believe, question: After our experience of him (and looking at his time at Man Utd) how can any manager outside of the Croydon area trust him as a player? :|

He didn't 'play' for us and never looks happy. Reports (from his mum, if I remember correctly) were that he was "happiest at home" ;)
