Current Bluebirds goalkeeper Ben Amos has come in for criticism of late after some suspect performances


Neil Warnock is preparing to land a shot-stopper he can trust amid the goalkeeping woes at Cardiff City.

According to a report in today's Sun newspaper, the Bluebirds boss will turn to Crystal Palace 'keeper Julian Speroni, who has played under Warnock during two separate spells at Selhurst Park.

Current Cardiff No.1 Ben Amos has looked shaky to say the least in recent weeks and Warnock is said to be hoping to secure a January loan deal for the experienced 37-year-old, who has 81 Premier League appearances to his name.

He's third choice at the moment so could be possible. I'd be happy with him coming here, been there and done it and was a top keeper for palace for a number of years.
