Could Tan, for example sponsor the Stadium and change its name? Lots of clubs have ie Bolton, Derby etc!

I believe the rules were changed to stop owners or relatives of owners from sponsering a club eg stadium?
Man City was using this method to plough millions into club before it was stopped.
