Trouble is Malky you have pulled the wool over eyes previously and now you want us to believe you are whiter than white because you have attended a diversity course? Hmmmmm

 I just don't know why he would want to keep this out of the public domain, surely it's in the interest of both parties to be transparent.

Another Mackay misleading headline. Quite right that he's been given his job as at present, he's been punished for what he has been found guilty off and the other court case is yet to be heard but to come up with a headline of 'Malky Mackay innocent' with nothing more than a statement from him of he's done nothing wrong is frankly bollocks. When I saw the headline I thought he'd been cleared and dropped from the case.

The judges will have to decide if Malky is innocent. I think the headline is a bit misleading, everyone is innocent until proved otherwise. To be fair, the accusations are aimed at agents as well as Malky, and it may well be the case that Malky is not guilty of doing anything wrong. I will take everything with a pinch of salt until we know for certain. I just hope it is all dealt with in the open, because he will always be suspected of doing something wrong if this is heard behind closed doors.

The Judges will decide that doesn't stop me giving an opinion otherwise that is message board censorship. Surely if he has nothing to hide then let's hear it all in open court.

Also I think I made a fair point about his previous conduct which wasn't exactly transparent was it?

Also spot on is my observation that MM has previously been a little devious. I didn't actually make any judgement on MM's guilt I just pointed out his previous dishonesty with the fans which he eventually had to apologise for.

Also why is this thread entitled "MALKY MACKAY INNOCENT" shouldn't the Judges decide that or is it one rule for moderators/board owners and another for us ordinary posters?

Of course everyone's opinion counts but I get a little peeved when a moderator tries to close down the debate by saying we should leave the decision to the Judges. Therefore anyone who thinks MM might have done something wrong is silenced but moderators are free to start threads stating MM is Innocent before any hearing.

That is thought Police in action. If anyone thinks MM has done wrong then they should be free to say so as long as they can justify what they are stating. My earlier post was that MM had previously been guilty of misleading fans which is based on his apology and the dropping of his court case against CCFC. I think I justified my comments and should be allowed to express them without an attempt to close down my view.

I think the thread headline suggests that Malky is innocent when until everything is heard officially, we cannot be 100% sure either way. I think if the thread title had said "MALKY MACKAY INNOCENT? this would have been a more accurate assessment of where we are right now.

I don't think his life should be put on hold until the facts are out in the open. Not sure I would go as far as saying what's happened happened especially if what actually happened was him ripping off the football club. Until people are aware of all the facts, probably best to just let him get on with his life and form an opinion when we know exactly what went on behind the scenes.

Where's your proof that he's innocent also what I been told today Malky's transfer some are a bit doggy to say the least it will all come out in court you might have to give tan an apology paper work tan signed had been messed with and there's proof of moody and Malky involved

Re: ' MALKY MACKAY INNOCENT '

The headline should say Malky Mackay states he is innocent as he is innocent until proven guilty well it should be but in my view he will get off with it and why I say get off with it as I believe he knew what was going on and that Moody did.

MALKY got us in the premiership and a great entertaining final against Liverpool but it is clear he had dirt on his hands too

Also who says it's Malky that does not want it public?

Annis there is a court case to decide if the hearing should be held in public :?

If MM doesn't mind it being heard in public then surely he would be stating that as loudly as his self perceived innocence?

In the absence of such a statement and the fact lawyers for those who are being sued are trying to stop a public hearing would indicate that on the balance of probabilities MM doesn't want a public hearing.

However, it is my opinion that MM is guilty at most of gross incompetence. As he and Moody oversaw the transfers they should have scrutinised the invoices and made sure there weren't any unwarranted agent fees. If I was a manager and saw an agent charging £700,000 I would be quite curious to how they earned that money before sanctioning payment.

A failure by MM & Moody to do that is incompetence rather than compliance. Still if the incompetence is bad enough they could be held liable although it would be up to the club to prove that they didn't sign the transfer off themselves without questioning these fees at the time.

Re: ' MALKY MACKAY INNOCENT '

Sat Dec 17, 2016 8:58 am

I'll be amazed if anything ever comes if this, agents always make a mint from transfers, normally fir doing almost nothing.
Some managers make a cut on transfers, like we just heard about out west. The agents will be loving this, what next they will sue clubs and chairman??? Tan thinks he can clean up the game??? Rightio good luck vince I'm sure you are whiter than white in malysia. How does one land all those franchises just like that? A licence to print money some might say....hmmmmmm
