probabilities are they spent most of the first day on trivial matters before getting down to business, after all, the lawyers need to justify their costs. ( or is that me being a tad cynical ) :)

But if he has ripped the club off to the tune of ;£10 million he should be dealt with.

What I find difficult to believe is if he has "stolen" £10m how has he got away with it for so long.

Looking at it objectively and going on the little we know already it is hard to see how MM could have directly pocketed £10m or part of it. What he is most probably being accused of is total incompetence in allowing the agents to charge such high fees for apparently doing 'no work'

My personal opinion is agents are a blight on the football industry and take far too much money out of the game which isn't justified.

However, the law doesn't protect anyone from entering into a bad deal. If you knew the terms and conditions prior to the contract then you have to honour it no matter how outrageous the price asked.

If VT is to succeed then he has to prove that MM/Moody and the Agents knew they were charging for work which was not related to the contract. The problem is the £700k could have been a 'finder’s fee' or some other service charge. Providing the club knew about this before the contract was confirmed then there is little they can do.

As for MM the club would have to prove that his actions were so incompetent that they amounted to criminal negligence. That is a very hard to thing to prove, but given MM's previous deceitfulness nothing can be ruled out yet.

I doubt he has done that would be considered illegal in the football window, but its how that translate in the real world.

i place a purchase order for a million pounds in the company where i am an employee then take a "cut" or fee because the transaction went through. Now, if was in my T & C's then its fine. We declare this under my PAYE and pay the tax on it.

But, if the million pound product was only really worth £500K and we have jacked up the service fees by another £500K to make the million and this was signed off by another layer of management then this is fine, I guess.
It the journey or end destination of those service fees travel i guess Vinny is interested in.

I mean what the hell has he done with this 10 mill? He's not stuffed it in a matress somwhere or behind some pictures and im sure it would raise a few eyebrows if he put it in his savings account! :?

Who cares?

This is why the club is fucked. Fans more interested in off field activities than what goes on on the pitch.

Well this is where your being daft and over exaggerating. The £10 million claim is against 5 parties not just malkey.

Fact is reading the claim an agent in Scotland received a payment of over £400k for doing nothing more than appearing on the official papers when city under malkeys reign signed a new player. Make of that what you will.

Funny you should say that,as long as Tan pursues Malky in the name of Cardiff City and keeps running up costs,so far £1.2mill in chasing after Malky, how can we not discus Malky? ? ?

But you want to be left alone to do his job can't be of any use to him it being brought up.

Tan and the media bring it up and put it in the public domain,we just put it out on here and I stick up for Malky, as he has not been proven guilty of anything. :thumbright:
