I put each teams league position against how full each stadium tends to be to see if it highlighted anything. If its not relevant then of course why is it so often said that its important to fill a stadium at big games? Its close with some teams but well wide of the mark with others!

Naturaly a teams sucess depends on much more than just how many people are there to support them and this has many variables. Also the more sucessful a club is the bigger the stadium, the better the team tends to be and the harder the stadium it is to fill etc.

Of course top sports people look at percentages for a reason and stadium fill must play some kind of role in a teams sucess and must be worth looking at!

At present our Stadium is not filling its boots but that will change next season when Warnock puts us back into the Prem! :ayatollah: :bluebird: :D :notworthy:

To try and make sense of it If you divide the table into 4 and add up the ranking scores of the teams you get these numbers.

Top 6= 50
7-12= 75
13-18= 70
18-24= 90

This shows a huge gulf between the top and bottom of the table and parity in the middle.

Its a bit chicken and egg really because more sucessful teams will fill their stadiums better so the figures are really scewed! My theory on this is a full stadium will help and success breeds success. The more spare capacity you have the brighter your future can be as you have more room for improvement!

Where we are we need a decent Leader with balls who knows how to face hardship and difficult times, to pull us up the table by our boot strings and gain momentumn and thats exactly what we have got! The future is bright for us as things stand and I can only see us climbing. When we least expect it the sleeping giant that is Cardiff City will finally awake and will be wearing a blue shirt! :bluebird:

That extra capacity will put us in good stead upon our return to the Prem. Warnock is here because he is a winner and he knows he can acheive his promotion dream with us. Rotherham was just a stepping stone for him. I believe he is a man of grit and vision and he has always had designs on taking us up! This year is just about survival and preperation, next year we fight for league supremacy! :ayatollah: :bluebird:
