Despite Whittingham picking up his 5th yellow card of the season, he will not be suspended due to the 30th November being the cut off.

Some of his tackles this season have been hilarious!
He's so slow that he never arrives in time to get the ball and has chopped down quite a few opposition players who've sprinted past him.
Having said that, a number of his yellow cards have been "taking one for the team" and have cut short what could have been dangerous counter attacks by the other side, including last night's yellow.
The wonderful irony that probably our least physical player is the first to get to five bookings.

as you say he has done a number of these sort of fouls over the years, and its good to see hes willing to do it. However when it comes to a 50/50 tackle he is normally nowhere to be seen

Actually he's easy to spot in a 50/50 tackle.
He's the one running away from the ball.

To be fair I think last night's yellow was a case of taking 1 for the team as that guy was breaking near halfway line

To be fair I think last night's yellow was a case of taking 1 for the team as that guy was breaking near halfway line
8 bookings last year and year before that,almost all identical,if in doubt trip them up
