Was ready to have a right go at him for their goal but fair play his reaction save at 1-1 probably prevented us from losing. Stunning save.

That position should be a priority in january. Sadly not good enough as a number 1. Beaten Too easily too many times this season already. He is decent back up at best

Yes it was in fairness to him.

I've heard warnock wants a keeper in January one of his main prioritys apparently

It was a great save second half but I agree he's let too many soft goals in already and on 18k a week, we can get someone better.
Whittingham must also partially take the blame for the first goal. He should have been sprinting out to close Doherty down quicker and either get a block in, or stop Doherty shooting altogether.

He's his secret son he's been at every club with him since Sheff Utd.

I'd put money on it!
Plenty too

Honestly though he is not the answer.
Warnock is right to be looking for a new keeper in January.
Amos will cost us too many points and the defence needs more confidence in the keeper behind them. I don't think they get that with Amos.

David Marshall he isn't but stick with him IMO. One mistake should not be a reason to hang him.

I agree. Amos seems to have some of the problems Marshall had for a while in he is too easily beaten by long range shots. Marsh worked on that and became a Cardiff great. Amos needs to get out on the training pitch and work on his long range shot stopping.
I'm willing to give him time as I can see potential there.

Watching him in the warm up yesterday he spent a lot of time punching the ball rather than trying to catch it.
Punching for a goalie should really only be a last ditch attempt to clear the ball where they are under intense pressure, not a means of dealing with routine crosses and shots.
For me he's a very decent back up keeper but not a first choice.

Not sure if the shot didn't take a deflection off Connolly's thigh, I might be wrong though
