Cant pay we will take it away!

Just watched an episode and I was livid! I dont how people dont end up inside under these circumstances having to deal with Ar@&@oles like that!
A woman lost 9 months rent on her property and 11k worth of damage was done to it! The bloke didnt give a s&&t about her! He even had the front to turn up with another letter claiming they could not evict him from the house! The eviction team simply said they didn't care about the letter as they have one from the highest court in the land so "pack your bags!".
He still dragged it out to the bitter end and was even counting money! Im sorry if that was my house I dont know how I would keep my cool in that situation! Taking the p&£s dont even touch it!

ive watched a few of those. some times im with the enfocement guys others im not.
dont like the ones where a grown up son/daughter have debts,lost their jobs/relationship/house flat have no money,nowhere to live ,so the parents put them up only for two bullys to turn up threatening to take the parents possessions.

The company involved in the show (DCBL) are despised throughout the industry. They are not members of any of the bodies that other enforcement companies belong to. They are run by a woman (Clare Sandbrook) who doesn't even live in the UK.
Whilst they put on this front for the TV cameras, they are the worst company by a country mile in the sector.
They pay their agents commission to visit debtors and very often, a visit that should have cost a debtor around £300 is escalated to £2,000.
Ruddock did make me sick though. He was driving a nice car, living in a nice house yet was more than happy to hide behind bankruptcy rather than honour his debt to a small business.
