Upsetting News for me today

We have not long bought another house and was doing some work today, and was looking out the window and was shocked to see this. A bloody great Swansea City sticker In the window of the house opposite. Now it's the worry of our house loosing value or the rental will now plummet on it. It is said you are never more than 6ft away from a Rat now maybe this is why they are now the best supported team in Wales. I have two options at the moment.
1/ I could knock the door and it could lead to all these Rats deserting there sinking ship
2/ Call rent O Kill in the morning
Anybody got any ideas
