Neil is a fantastic manager but he can't perform a miracle, Tan needs to let him do his job or Neil will walk out on us. Team selection does not make any sense and the team is playing in a system that does not suit us. I simply cannot believe that Neil, an extraordinary manager is constantly being harassed and told what to do by one of Tans minions. We know that Tan forced Malky out by making his job almost impossible to do, is history repeating itself?

If tan was interfering I'd have expected to see much different selections!!! I think NW picked a side he expected to do a job away against Ipswich within the confines of injuries and glaring squad deficiencies.
