' Richards, John and Huws '

Currently in the car travelling back from Ipswich Town.

What has happened to our three Welsh first team players? Are they injured, etc? Just curious. I don't see why we aren't playing Richards and John, as the guys replacing them aren't exactly ripping up trees. Plus Emyr Huws rarely makes the bench. I get picking better players over Welsh players, but I'm not convinced they are better...

No I don't. If I am entirely honest. John I'm guessing is behind Bennett and Richardson, and Huws is just not good enough for our bench?

John just not good enough

I'm sad if that is the case. I haven't seen a lot of him (loaned out a lot), but he hasn't looked bad everytime I've seen him play for us (only two games to judge upon, however).

Doesn't bother me in the slightest.

We're a club team not a national team.

I want the eleven best players for my club and I honestly could not give a shit where they come from.

Why should it be embarrassing when most of them are in the Prem and Prem standard players and the ones who ain't are not good enough.

It be nice to see welsh players in the team but you can't just put them because they are welsh if they are complete rubbish at this level which Richards is, John just ain't gonna make the grade and Huws I don't what to make of it.

Chelsea had one English player today and he wasn't from London. With a population of 8.6 million (London) you'd think they'd get a Londoner.

We are a Welsh club with predominately Welsh fans who play in the English system. If I felt that nationalistic about it i would petition for us to revoke our championship status and ask to play in the LoW......

If we were to try to get Welsh player good enough, who could we afford. Gunther (love it) and and ageing Dave Edwards then ...............
