There’s only one word to describe the atmosphere at CCS right now. Flat. And that’s being kind. A few jeers as the referee gives a free kick Cardiff’s way and the Brighton fans are making enough racket. Nothing for the Bluebirds’ faithful to get excited about yet.

It’s fair to say this guy isn’t impressed by what he’s seen so far. Nobody is Neil! Chris Hughton looks decidedly glum as well. Maybe it’s the cold December air.

The crowd are not inspired by this. The first half has been hugely disappointing, whether you’re a Cardiff fan, Brighton fan or neutral. The positive? That it can only get better.

Sad about the crowd so low,even though City have announced 16,000 plus.

I was told it was barely 12,000

A few wins and heading upwards will bring fans back! Success = full stadium!

From the Family Stand I thought the Canton looked more densely populated than over recent games so wasn't surprised when 16k+ was announced.

There were times when this felt like the kind of day that Cardiff City are desperately trying to consign to history.

A sparse crowd, not a great deal of excitement. A flat game, a flat atmosphere.

Wore at game & atmosphere that I been too, Empty seats everywhere, Fair play too Brighton off the pitch they were great, on the pitch they were disappointing
Instead of giving free tickets .... we should bring in blow up dolls to make it look better... even play a few of them, we were shocking.... just a sneaky feeling we could end up going down ???

Its f*cking shite down there,little hitters as your walking in to turnstile,open your coats,staring at you,telling u to sit down,looking at you all,old bill still putting camera on fans in the ground,years of smashing our own fans,i started going now to more away games,oh by the way our own stewards look after away fans and welcome them

Yesterday I have a slightly different view. I thought we played well with the personnel we had. We missed Lambert badly, Fred is a tryer but he isn't the answer. All the players gave there all even though some were off form. I did enjoy the game as it was a very hard fought game, I have seen worse a lot worse. And City fans are notorious when getting close to Christmas they prefer shopping with there wives to be honest We have now got those horrendous fixtures out of the way so hopefully we can get some results now and get out of the bottom three so next season we can play West Spam and the Jerks
