I'm not sure he's done much wrong so far, he's no Marshall or Heaton but he's no Simon Moore or Ben Wilson either !!

Not being helped by a certain CB at the moment !!

Correct,thats how I see it.
Amos, not the best keeper, but not the worst and of course not David Marshall.

Amos has saved us a number of times and has done very little wrong would say it's time for a new centre half and captain personally.

Don't agree, Amos is doing ok.
Players in front of him need to keep their concentration .

Amos is a league 1 keeper at best, nowhere near the standard of a championship side, his positioning and direction in particular are poor.

Warnock needs to address this in Jan.

I made near those comments when Trollope signed him,Bolton fans said the same,I got shot down.

Emyr Huws and Jazz Richards another two, waste of money in my opinion.

I agree Annis, I haven't seen anything from the 3 of the above that show me they warrant a place in a championship side.

I really liked Scott Malone and was gutted when he left, same goes for Marshy, he's the best shot stopper outside of the prem and to sell him for peanuts is nuts considering how settled he was with his family down here, unfortunately that's the modern footballing world.

Long term we need to try and find an established GK, some one like Robert Green type.

We caused our own down fall employing managers like Ole,Slade and Trollope and we are paying for it now.

Thankfully we now have Neil Warnock, but us fans have to be very patient :thumbright: :thumbright: :bluebird: :bluebird:

Exactly and you've always been honest upfront and passionate about City, more than any fan.

We have the best manager outside of the premier league, i'm confident in our future under Warnock as long as he's given funds to invest wisely :bluescarf:

I AGREE WITH NATHAN

One thing to consider; is replcing Amos a priority ?

He is steady and I've seen a lot worse keepers. If we had loads of money to spend then I might agree that we need a more experienced keeper but given that most would agree we need a striker, wideman and centre back is it really a necessity to get a new keeper.

If we were to go for a new experienced keeper then he would either command a big transfer fee, big wages or both !! I don't think we've got money to burn and therefore we need to prioritise, Warnock knows best but I would be surprised if a keeper was top of his list or even close.
