Poor Old Neil Warnock Says Villa Fans
Poor Old Neil Warnock
Apparently poor Mr Warnock was so incensed by Jack Grealish in the victory over Cardiff City at the weekend, that he 'ambushed' him in the tunnel following the full time whistle.
The incident is reported by the Birmingham Mail and the poor stroppy 67 year old was upset at the temerity of young Jack, who was incredibly unfair when being fouled and scythed down during the game, as he didn't stay upright.

Maybe had Cardiff had more of a gameplan to actually defend appropriately, rather than just collect yellow cards, the match might have turned out differently?
Although I do see Warnock's point, the red card shown to Lee Peltier, surely Jack could've ghosted through his tackle/bodycheck and avoided the contact and for the penalty, how dare he not be stronger and not allow his leg to be kicked away from him.
Youngsters thesedays eh.
The Mail report that Warnock waited for him in the tunnel and let fly with a 'furious verbal tirade', accusing him of trying to get players booked, going to ground too easily and moaning to the referee.
Irony is clearly lost in the translation.
Warnock moaned post game as the Mail report.
'I think Grealish does well for the penalty. I`m a bit disappointed with Grealish today, trying to get players booked. He doesn`t need to do that, he`s a good player. He was saying 'three, four times, how many more?` and all that and screaming. I was disappointed with that aspect but that`s young professionals at times isn`t it.'
Ah yes, those young professionals being fouled. What about those more senior members of the game and their lobbying of officials from their technical areas and their pre and post game press conferences?
Nope, I'm guessing that has been lost on Mr Warnock aswell - at least when a certain Steve Bruce's Hull City side utilised the same tactics, our now gaffer wasn't bleating like a Donald Trump.
In fact if memory serves, Bruce actually apologised to their fans for the display on the day.
Interestingly, Wales Online had a slightly different take from Warnock as well as they reviewed the game.
'The poor lad will be waking up with some almighty bruises this morning. He was a peripheral figure in the first half, bouncing off Aron Gunnarsson time and time again as he struggled to get a second on the ball. When Steve Bruce switched his side around Grealish was able to move out wide and finally get away from Gunnarsson's attentions. It only got worse from there, however, as he was met by a pumped up Lee Peltier who ensured no let up in the physicality and ended up picking up two bookings.'
