I have full belief that we can

I fully believe that we will survive this season and get up the table. I predicted a 12-14th finish and I still think we can get that. I believe that Warnock is getting the best out of our current squad and this is as good as we can play until we can bring some players in January. That said, we have had some really tough fixtures recently with another next Saturday at home. The only match so far that I feel we should have got something in was Wigan at home (that day we had an off day but the only one so far under Warnock!) if we have some 'not so tough fixtures after this we can leap up the table a little! A lot of positives to be taken from our performances lately and as Warnock said a couple of weeks back....it may get worse before it gets better!

If we do survive I feel it will be a bit closer to the wire than we want.

The main objective is to stay up, we can all see the difference Warnock has made but the last 3 managers have left a right mess and it's only highlighted that under Trollope the only battle would have been with Rotherham for bottom of table.

Warnock has had an horrendous load of fixtures, Trollope made sure we didn't win against the mediocre sides. Still the championship as competitive as ever, fantastic division which we must stay in.

I'm not worried about relegation, I just can't see it happening under Warnock

That's a fair comment. NW has to work with what he inherited and almost certainly knows the players he wants to bring in. That said it might be closer to February as the deals we are probably after won't happen until the end of the transfer window.

We won't go down, and I still think a mid table or just below can be achieved. I imagine a lot of posters may have revised their original opinions of an automatic promotion place, and even those who said at the start of the season that we had a squad good enough to challenge at the top of the table may have changed their minds by now. We are only a few players away from being a good team, and a lot will depend on who warnock can persuade to join us in a couple of months time.

We won't go down but saying that we won't finish top half either.
