SPOT ON, they have nothing to moan about,nothing but years and years of glory/Success.

Funny how they always laughed about us being rebranded...now this

Not quite true, Jenkins and co were not the ones to run up the previous debts. When they took the club over they were faced with an option where the club was wound up and the creditors got nothing and the club cease to exist, or they could have a % of what they are owed and continue to have preferential trade in the future with the club, which turned out to be quite lucrative. No brainer. I've said in the past that if we are going to beat the, with a stick then at least make it a stick with substance.

They are utter rubbish this year as they have sold to Americans to line their own pockets. The Americans have sold key players and only reinvested some back into the squad (and done it poorly) in a season where they should be breaking all net spending records with the new Sky deal. They are facing a torrid time now with these guys at the helm and this is the angle we have free reign to poke fun at, it's a legitimate stick to beat them with.

Annis, they have every right to moan. Just because they have had it good for years doesn't mean they should stand by and let the club go down the pan, if we showed this kind of fight in the early stages of our takeover we may never have turned red. We of all people know that.

Its not a case off were we are and the past but simply down to the board selling out but selling players on high wages and bringing in players on lower wages to make the books look good in order to sell there shares.

try asking the fans of any finacially strapped 4th tier club TODAY how they would feel if a group of local bussiness men would take them over and in fifteen years time these business men then made huge profits because they had guided the club to its most successful period,promotion after promotion culminating in 5 prem years and winning a cup.all in traditional shirt and badge.

i believe its something like 23% soon to become half that when the yanks do as Tan is doing here.
the fans owned bit comes from the pple who saved their club and brought them unimaginable sucess were previosly thought of as sort of fans leaders. bit like an annis, gwyn ram,tony tit consortium buying us then selling to trump at a profit.
