Neil Warnock's Cardiff City start a daunting run of fixtures this afternoon as David Wagner's Huddersfield Town make the trip to South Wales.

The Terriers have won only one of their last five games but have been one of the league's most exciting sides and still sit third in the table.

Cardiff are unlikely to make big changes from the side which lost narrowly to Newcastle United, with Matt Connolly and Jazz Richards still not fit for first team action.

Peter Whittingham could be set for a recall in midfield after coming off the bench and scoring last time out.

Chelsea loanee Kasey Palmer is a doubt for the visitors but they will still have plenty of attacking threat. Attacking midfielder Harry Bunn is definitely ruled out.

The Bluebirds desperately need to improve their home form after being desperately disappointing at the Cardiff City Stadium so far this season.
