Over 2,000 Plymouth fans away at Crewe on Saturday travelled a round trip of over 500 miles round trip (9hrs travelling)

Yes they are loving it and remember this is a Division 4 league(Now called Div 2), great away support followed by an away win

Good effort fair play but when your playing well, top of the league and likely to gain promotion I think seven or eight points clear at this moment in time then fans will start travelling

Reminds me of us when we were lower leagues. We would take big support away especially when doing well

Dobbins, Long journey,Division 4 and still very early on in the season, fantastic away support.

Plymouth have always taken a good crowd away despite the extreme travelling. I think it must be a bit of a cult thing.Having said that, big city, all of Cornwall and much of Devon as well, could survive in Prem but never had the financial backing. Probably my second team, have good banter with a builder friend who is a Pilgrim.

I agree,always had good away support and their fans have stayed with them through the bad times.
Def would survive in Prem, but never had backing like you say.
