Derby County have handed Joey Barton the opportunity to train with them after the midfielder's departure from Rangers, according to reports in the British press.
Derby boss Steve McClaren may revive his attempts to sign Joey Barton following the midfielder's exit from Rangers after trying to bring the player to Pride Park during his previous spell in charge of the club.
