Season Review DVDs

Hey everyone does anyone know when City first did their Season Review DVDs? Does anyone also know if they ever released one for the 2004/05. Any information would be very much appreciated. Thank you. /O\

Earliest one I've got is 2006/07, but I might have missed earlier ones.

they did a review for 2002/03, i've only ever seen one though

Thanks for the replies both. Yeah I've seen the 2002\03 season review too. But I've never seen a 2004/05 and just don't seem to know if they ever did one I know they've done the 2003\04 season and the 2005\06 season onwards but don't know about that one.
