im going through a divorce and ive been feeling sorry for myself. then this week two of my friends have died at the age of 48 and 42 it puts life in perspective.

Hearing people die at that age makes you realise how quickly things can change. Feel for you mate. I'm 41 frightening to think virtually my age

My 2 best mates died 20 years ago...and i split from my wife 5 years ago....it's tough mate...talk to friends or anyone will listen....don't bottle anything....

Lost both my parents within 7 months of each other thought I would never recover but with the help of those that really care about you in time you will
