WALES V SERBIA
2018 FIFA World Cup - European Qualifiers
Cardiff City Stadium, Cardiff
Saturday, 12 November, KO 19:45

This match takes place on the same day as the Wales rugby international at the Principality Stadium with a 5.30pm kick off and we are advising fans to take this into consideration when planning their travel to Cardiff City Stadium.

The Stadium will be opening from 5.15pm in order to accommodate those fans who want to watch the rugby and the bars will be open with cheaper prices for alcoholic beverages during the first hour.

There will also be bands on the Spirit of 58 stage in the Canton Stand from 5.15pm with Scott Howells and Chris Phillips performing, along with a few DJ’s.

In the Family Stand there will be a Lidl Play More Football Activation Zone that will be open from 6.45pm and during the half-time interval.

There's two activities on offer - Football Tennis & Lidl Shopping Trolley Chipping Challenge - and the stations will be managed by Cardiff City FC Foundation Staff and Lidl Play More Football Directors of Football from Cardiff High School. At the end of the fixture, fruit will be handed out on the Family Stand concourse courtesy of Lidl as fans leave the stadium.

In relation to transport, the Welsh Government has informed the FAW that there are no planned roadworks on the A4232 into Cardiff on Saturday.

For fans travelling by car, a Park & Ride service will operate from the car park located at Pierhead Street, Cardiff Bay (CF10 4PH). The parking charge has been dropped from £10 to £4.

More than 40 coaches have been booked into the Stadium Coach Park for Sunday’s game and they will be given priority to leave promptly after the match. For enquiries on coach parking at future games, please contact Adam Gilliatt (adam.gilliatt@cardiffcityfc.co.uk) for more information.

It is also urged that fans make every attempt to be in their seats to show the Wales squad support when they come out onto the pitch for their pre-match warm-up.
