Wales rugby are expecting almost 30,000 empty seats when Argentina come to Cardiff. The WRU have apparently approached Ebbw Vale to see if they can move the game to Eugene. Obviously the principality stadium is too big for the them.

A bit like our ground for our home games then

If thAt happens, it means they have already sold 45000,so no other stadium in Wales can take that crowd? And as other 3 Internationals in same month are almost sell outs including Japan it means approx 500k tickets sold. Wales Football despite their success cannot sell out our 34k Stadium? Still tickets available at CCAFC ticket office?

Sold out Vs Georgia & Sold out Vs Serbia. Only tickets now available are Disabilty and Carers tickets.
When was the last time a Welsh Rugby match was played on a Monday night vs Moldova?
Japan are currently one of the big attractions of world rugby, and tickets are as low as £10 for that game.
The day WRU play a game against the likes of Canada or USA on a Monday night, is the day you see the real Welsh rugby fans come out. Put them on Friday, Saturday & Sunday's and they sell out because the attraction of the beer.

I,'ve got tickets for all the World Cup matches and there was a lot of empty seats at the first two even after the Euro's success. As a Senior it only cost me 40 pounds for all five matches. To watch Wales v Australia it's costing me 60pounds.The 10 pound tickets for the Japan game is for kids and it will be a sell out, there is no comparison in the crowd size and ticket prices for International sport in Wales but I support both codes.

500k?!

I suggest that is very wide of the mark.
By the way, who are 'CCAFC'?

Welsh football attendances will be down to the usual 15k or so if we don't qualify for the World Cup and this current golden generation is not replaced. It's always been the way for as long as I remember.

CCAFC is Cardiff City Association Football Club?
I agree my maths was a bit off should have been approx 400k.Five approx full houses of 75k plus 50k for Agentina compared with 165k for football over two years of World Cup matches?

We're CCFC mate, not CCAFC, type in CCAFC and see where it gets you, and it won't be our ticket office that's for sure.
You'll get the China Charities Aid Foundation for Children.

If you put in Cardiff City afc you go to the official website and Cardiff City is an association football club rather than a rugby football club.It is a member of the WFA, the Wales Football Association?
Thu Nov 03, 2016 11:28 pm
Actually we are now a member of the English FA (Senior Squads) & Welsh FA (Academy Set Up). We dropped the word "Assosiation" before the 2001 season when the club got rebranded under the "Bluebirds" badge with the St David's Cross. The club changed its limited named so Hammam could get majority control of the club. Therefore, the full name of Cardiff City is, Cardiff City Football Club, or CCFC, and not CCAFC as you tried to point out.

You are right Norms76,it,s FAW and Cardiff City as a association football club in Wales is a member of the Football Association of Wales even though they play in the English League?
Fri Nov 04, 2016 4:08 pm
Cardiff City Football Club. The Football Association of Wales.
It's really not complicated.
