This is why mma is taking over boxing. So much bullshit involved to get the fights together that everyone wants to see. Bitterly dissapointed he's not fighting klitchko

If people understood the circumstances of this fight not happening is because of injury and he will fight him in spring next year.

I think AJ has made the right moves in his career and has kept his feet on the ground, a true gent and great competitor for the sport.

He will get the big name fights but he is only monitoring his progress and career and not rushing into these fights people want yet, he will give the fans what they want when the time is right. :ayatollah:

Injury wasn't the reason the fight didn't go ahead, the WBA wouldn't sanction the fight so the belt wouldn't have been on the line and Klitchko wouldn't fight unless it was for the belt. Like I said boxing politics!

Just seen, didn't know this. Just seen though they have now sanctioned it so it will happen next year and the belt will be on the line.

Cant do anything about injury. Fury also out as well which leaves Wilder ! or even Haye would of been a good match up. But I think Haye as Bellew has said is conning the public. MMA is also very dodgy and unless they get there act together I can't see there bubble continuing. Fighters will walk unless they are treated more fairly. I like McGregor but it's all about him and Rousey. They have shit on Aldo and the way they favourably treated CM Punk was scandalous.
With no MMA background he was made the main event being paid half a million, when there seasoned fighters only earn £30K

What injury!? The fight was called off because the WBA wouldn't sanction the belt.

Wilder and haye are both booked already so they were no go's. Price wouldn't have made sense because Joshua wants to increase his profile on the world stage I.e against an American.

I agree, I think they way they treated aldo in particular is shocking and they should form a fighters union. Cm punk was a joke. They are thinking short term cash but there expanding massively so got to be doing something right, mma is the ultimate Combat sport, it will only keep growing and they need pioneers like McGregor to bring it to the masses.

To be confirmed. He's booked to fight on Joshuas undercard but we're not sure who with yet. Like I said an all British fight wasn't the way. Joshua/hern wanted to go with this one anyway.

I saw a Joshua interview and he stated Klitscho was injured and the fight has been sanctioned for next year so long as he gets past Molina.
