The official figure for their away support at Stoke was 147 inc comps
"Biggest team in Wales they say"
People may say we've taken around that to some places this season however they are a division higher and this is one of their closer journeys. Piss poor, you jack bastards we're coming for you
and they lost again

'Hell is real' Swansea City fans devastated after Joe Allen and Wilfried Bony link up TWICE to seal three vital points

They've sold one too many good player. They played that game and it worked but it was only a matter of time untill it fell apart and with the constant managerial changes well that hasnt helped them.
It is nice to see their fans abandoning them already. Good stuff.

They are without doubt going to go down this season. They are in freefall and the Americans have had the money they paid for the club back.
Always going to end in tears and the clubs fans are up in arms about it.
I for one will be happy when they sink back to where they came from
Tue Nov 01, 2016 9:29 am
They have a strong chance of going down but I still feel there are a few more teams worse than them. We can hope though
Tue Nov 01, 2016 10:01 am
We still linger precariously at the foot of the Championship the Jacks still have Premiership status.Fact !!

As much as I like to see the jacks struggling I don't think you can conclude that they are going down "without doubt".
I hope they do go down but there are some poor sides in the division. I thought the jacks played quite well at times yesterday but not having a decent striker is really costing them and losing Williams was a travesty (for them), there wasn't much fight was there?
Our club has been in such a mess over the years it is nice seeing them struggle a bit off and on the pitch.

I think there is a lot of resentment among their fans at the way the club was sold, their best players sold and the ineptness of their new manager. But of course even in our awful EPL year we had excellent following.

What was the actual number of away fans?
Tue Nov 01, 2016 11:36 am
They won't go down, say it every year

Listening to Leighton '100% Proof' James driving home after the Wigan game and he was complaining about the Yank buyout and Huw's sellout and he sounded even more miserable than normal if that is indeed possible.
I didn't realise quite how bad it now is with them and their forum looks like they are on suicide watch. I've always thought that they had too much to seriously get relegated and there are worse teams than them but now looking at the bottom three, I suspect that it could well be already set.
I guess that Huw and co knew that the run was going to come to an end and have cashed in, leaving the club to the MLS yanks to appoint their own choice of manager and bring in players. Where have we seen that go wrong before? Their fans are calling for Allerdyce or Warnock to stop the rot before its too late and echo that they've sold on key player too many.
Whilst we are still in a delicate position, wouldn't it be ironic if NW builds us up properly this season to meet a freshly demoted Swansea the next?
I've emailed Jason Levien and Steve Kaplan to suggest they rename them the Swansea Grizzlies.
Ho Ho Ho.

We have no room to take the piss on away support
Tue Nov 01, 2016 3:00 pm
They have never been in the relegation zone for weeks on end have they? Another crap manager after years of decent ones, their beloved trust in turmoil and almost worthless at the ones who run it have betrayed the club for cash allegedly?? Add the suicidal white sox fans and you have the perfect mix for at least one relegation if not 2.....

I put Welsh teams first whoever they are. I'd be more gutted if Bristol get promoted than Swansea staying up this season.
Tue Nov 01, 2016 3:34 pm
People on this forum have a habit of making rash statements, like how Lambert was the difference between us struggling and reaching the play offs, how Warnock's appointment pretty much guarantees us a top 6 place, and one poster even said Bristol's bubble had burst just four or five games into the season. Every year forum users say Swansea are going down, and maybe they will this time but nothing is certain. Before we gloat at their predicament, we need to remember where we are right now. A good chance we will occupy one of the relegation spots ourselves at the end of this weekend.

Nukes, Without a doubt spot on,nowadays we have one of the lowest away supports in the Football Leagues and we all give reason after reason, yet other clubs fans still go away.
Tue Nov 01, 2016 3:51 pm
We should be making sure that we join them in the Premiership rather than hoping they get relegated?
Tue Nov 01, 2016 6:00 pm
They are the biggest team in Wales at the moment, and week in week out they have better away support than us.
Hopefully this will change if they get relegated.
Tue Nov 01, 2016 6:37 pm
Would we take much more after 6 years in the league, to Stoke, on a Monday night with it live on Sky? I doubt it. Our away support is the worst I have seen in a long time, we really have no room for throwing stones at anyone currently.
Tue Nov 01, 2016 6:47 pm
We are not a position to take the piss out of either Swansea's league position or their away support to be honest.
Obviously I would love to see them relegated but I don't think they are a dead cert for relegation though things could become tough for them with fixtures they have coming up.
I think selling Ashley Williams has caused some of their problems with results and if Siggurdsson was to leave in January they could be in a spot of bother.
Williams is not the greatest defender in the world but he is definitely an organiser and a leader and at times of struggle the Jacks probably need him more so now than before.

I don't know what game you were watching last night if you thought the Jacks played well?!?!?
Stoke looked like they were going to score every time they went forward and Swansea were lucky they didn't have a right hammering.
Their defence is crap and they look toothless upfront. Siggurdson is a class player and Routledge is decent but apart from them pair the rest are so so or in most of the defences case not good enough. Ki's not a bad player but not the sort you'd want in a relegation scrap.
It may be said every year but I'm struggling to see 3 worst teams than them this year. Burnley are far more organised than them, so are Middlesborough and the likes of Watford, Bournemouth, Palace and West Brom have points on the board and better squads.
Ultimately you can't keep selling your best players or it will catch up with you eventually.

[color=#4000FF]Annis sometimes our fans makes right arses out of themselves when it comes to the Jacks. Don't get me wrong I cheered for every goal that Stoke scored last night and very loudly but after our recent history which we can look at.
1/ Taken over by some loon that turned our Club red and changed our badge
2/ Sacked our manager who took us up and his number two
3/ fantastic promotions for our Painter and decorators
4/Hired a joke of a manager and Relegated from the Prem after one season
5/ Sold majority of the team
6/ Hired a joke of a manager
7/Ultra boring football from a lower league manager sees attendances plummet
8/ Sacked joke manager
9/Hired joke manager
10/ Sacked Joke Manager after dropping to second from bottom of the Championship
And they are taking the piss. For me I'm watching quietly and let's see if they get relegated and follow our path of total embarrassment. But I'm hoping we get a local Derby next season would love that coz that is what football is all about and hopefully the appointment of Warnock can at last turn us around but for many it will never end until Tan has gone.
