POGBA'S AGENT PAID £24M

26/10/16

Paul Pogba's agent Mino Raiola was paid £24m for brokering the France star's world-record transfer from Juventus to Manchester United in the summer.

The Italian club's director general Giuseppe Marotta has confirmed the total of Raiola's payment from a transfer that fetched a world-record £94m fee.

Speaking at Juve's AGM on Tuesday, Marotta said: "We made around €95m. Mino Raiola, his representative, will be paid €27m (£24m). The profit on Pogba is around €72m (£64.5m)."

Was talking with the boys in work yesterday about how ridiculous the price is for theses footballers.
The cost of a top footballer is millions any thing from 10 mil up to 100 mil something has to be done to cap the price it's out of control and when you think of of all the problems in the world the money could be better spent on it makes me angry it's pethetic isn't it.
Something has to be done and that agent 24 million on one sale comon where's the sense bloody stupid.

Out of those 70 000 plus seadon ticket holders who pay 750 plus would love a 150 poind reduction in the cost of watching their club. But no can do do if 24 mill is going to agents and 100,000 plus weel in wages. Makes me sick and makes me eant to cancel sky and finish with football.

I do dislike agents for the way they go about business and how much respect and consideration they have for the player they are working for.. including the money they make but can you really blame them? If clubs are stupid enough to pay some of the fees then I would do the same.

It's obscene. I couldn't believe what I was reading.

It is the players who should pay the agents not the clubs
