Ticket Offers

Sun Oct 16, 2016 8:59 am

I know it is still early in the season but I am all for the club continuing with these offers to encourage larger attendances.

My family and I have our ST but if these offers bring back/enlist more fans I have no problem with it.

Actually has a Reading fan sitting with us against Bristol and he was a Bluebird for 97 minutes (well done to him) :P

The club could always do something for us STH as well, but I feel rewarded enough when I see the team playing like we did on Friday in front of thousands of "Bluebirds" :bluescarf: :bluescarf: :bluescarf:

By football league rules they can only do this 4 times over a season, am all for it but it can only be done at times plus you would upset the natives! I do think however when it's done next time maybe echo, letter and radio to reach the older generation.

Still a huge fan of kids for a quid. Fill the ground, now is time to do it with renewed optimism.

Its great that the club want to attract more fans as that benefits all of us. However, it also needs to reward the STHs who have stuck with the club during the bad times. There are quite a few who feel disgruntled about paying full price and yet those who abandoned the club benefitting from discounted tickets. That doesn't exactly reward loyalty.

I would offer free tickets to school kids (with a full paying adult) and let STHs have their 10% discount back in the club shop together with discounts for cup games etc. That seems fair to me.

If they wanted bigger crowds they should have cut the price of season tickets pre season.
