How does Warnock do it?

Been wanting him or Pullis since MM left, after the Burton game, does anyone believe we could have beaten Brizzle C with Trollope in charge? Deluded if they did! Yet Warnock with a couple of additions did within ten days of joining! Must have huge respect from the players from day 1

Simples....He has a game plan and stick to it.
The championship is an inferior league to the premier league as every season demonstrates. You can't do the same thing in the premier league as the championship but its vice versa as well. Clubs got suckered in to the pure football philosophy of the top clubs when they can't do it. Warnock never has, he got a game plan which isn't route one, its not Cambridge or Wimbledon (for those old enough) as he accommodates classy players as long as they deliver but it is direct.
Malky played some of the most boring anti football ever witnessed but that wasn't route one either, but it was difficult to stop
His system like Pulis is based upon the opposition not scoring, then hoping your Skilled players can nick a goal or two and turn 1 point into three. Substitute Bellamy for Hoillet with Whitts set plays and we are not a million miles away from the promotion season.
