Like any forum dedicated to one team they are very biased ad blinkered.

They are slating everything on there from the footy we played through to our city being shit.

However, they do have a greater share of level headed people on there who keep them in check when some think it wasn't a penalty and point out how their council don't pass any planning that Cardiff would to enhance the fcilities

I blame the acoustics in the ground.

I sit in the GS near the FS and both sets of fans created a good atmosphere.

The wurzels were singing "Is this a Library" just as the CS stopped singing - they simply cannot hear due to the way the sound is lost in certain parts of the ground :bluescarf:

From the grandstand (canton side) you could hardly here the wurzels. The only time I hered them was a song to yellow submarine and engerland engerland, thought they were very quiet tbh but its how the ground works im afraid. Bet they were even quieter if you were in the canton

Maggers would have heard the atmosphere live on sky sports

From the centre of the Ninian, Bristol were loud early on, but went quiet after we scored.

Canton sang loud and throughout the game except for a bit of a lul in the second half before our 2nd goal.

Ninian also sang a bit too.

Overall a very good atmosphere.
We certainly made a lot more noise than Bristol have at home for many many tears

I was in the canton and it was buzzing

we were saying how dreadful the Bristol fans were and they barely mustered one song and then my old man who was in 116 said the Bristol fans were really loud.

We need to swap ends.

Bristol fans at home last year were dreadful and we were right next to their signing section. They've got no leg to stand on slating our fans!

I sit in the Grange with my lad and I could see the Canton was loud but the sound doesn't travel. That said, the atmosphere was great as other sides of the ground including the FS were joining in. The Wurzles were OK in parts but went completely quiet when we scored and there wasn't a peep out of them until they scored. I was at theirs last season and their fans are absolute shite when it comes to singing, so quiet it was hilarious. Even better is that their players walked in and out of the away end and you could see they absolutely hated it.

They really hate us and it down to pure jealousy. The timing of Warnock and this win couldn't have been better as they are completely gutted. And from what I've seen, if we hadn't had such a lemon of a season start, we would easily be in their league position, as I haven't been impressed by most of the teams this season, least of all by the Bumpkins. Oooaaar.

We all know the away fans find us quiet because we put the home fans as far away as possible in the Canton, and put the families next to them.

It's killed the atmosphere for both sets of fans, even when we or they sing we can't hear each other, thats the way some people down there like it

You say that but one of the most iconic stadiums in the world, renowned for atmosphere - anfield has the kop at the other end of the away fans. It's the case for a lot of grounds unfortunately. But wales games have shown an atmosphere is more than possible at the ground

^^

Anfield is no different in my experience mate, when we played them in the Carling Cup on Halloween a while ago now there were 5-6,000 Cardiff in the A nfield Road End, I couldnt get a ticket but picked one up outside for the Kop, you could hardly here the Cardiff Fans from the Kop
