Thu Oct 13, 2016 10:31 am

Looked at the ticket site and seems that a lot of the ground is full and with the 2,000 Bristol are bringing I would like to think its gonna be 24,000 but not like the derby game where it was quiet. hopefully with the buzz around us atm we are loud tomorrow. just hope everyone that has a ticket turns up it could be one hell of a night.. How many do you guys think? BLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOBIRDS :bluebird: :bluebird: :bluebird: :bluebird:

i think the club should have filled the top seats with school kids to and pushed it closer to 30.
thats way of getting fans back as next time they would be nagging their parents

Tbf to the club the discounted tickets mean it's just 1 quid for a child. At 5 pound adult we should be getting good 33k in my opinion

If it had been a generally available offer and marketed we would have no doubt got a good few more. Needing to have links to season ticket holder though will reduce the take up particularly as there's only 10000 of those now. The belief that we can now move forward has returned for an awful lot. We now need to see it on the field though. We're not going to get 20k plus crowds looking at relegation from the second flight. Never have and never will.

Been discussed elsewhere on here, 20,000 would be a cracking crowd imo.

I was thinking the same to be honest mate, I don't know why they restricted themselves, should have been a one off open offer to anyone, would have saved a lot of f*cking about for everyonr including the TO and I think there would have been a bigger uptake.

Before anyone jumps down my throat, im not having a pop at the Club its just an idea/cobstructive critisicm call it what you like

So I make that 22,000 home supporters? Decent.

City usually get a decent walk up crowd so hopefully we can get 25,000+ down there like the good old days! :ayatollah:

Think you might find they do it as a season ticket offer ,so as not to piss off the season ticket holders who have paid in full
As an example I have paid £369 for 23 home games that works out quite a bit more than a £5 for a game
Now don't get me wrong I don't give a fig what offers they do to get the crowd numbers up
But there are a lot of season ticket holders that do
Also if they do give cheaper game tickets too often you get season ticket holders not renewing as it won't be worth it

Also buying a season ticket should be the cheapest way of going to the games

Not sure, just know there will be one bluebird who has just flown in to heathrow from Shanghai taking 13 hours and on his way to the capital of Wales. A 1-0 win would be welcome for the imediate return to heathrow for another 13 hour flight back to shanghai ready for work on Monday morning. :bluebird:
