Any idea what training's like under Warnock?

Any word coming out of the training ground? How the players are responding etc

i went today, but was told strictly no photos, no mobiles and no messageboard !
100% promise thats what i was told due to it being a tactics session

As long as it didnt involve players putting the boot in or throwing themselves down in the box! Not much of a secret that really.
