New Position For Manga???

Neil Warnock is known for having at least one defensive midfielder, sometimes even two, sitting in front of his back four. One of those two players is always a big, tall, strong and athletic type player. So is there a possibility that he could play Bruno Ecuele Manga and Aron Gunnarsson as his two defensive midfielders? I do think that he might be tempted to try Manga in that position and I think it could pay off. We all know how good Manga is with the ball at his feet, so it could be a master stroke by Warnock.

I also think Warnock will want to add more pace to his central defensive partnership. If it is true that we have signed Sol Bamba, then in my opinion he will definitely fill one of those two positions. Even though Bamba is quicker than Morrison, he isn't quicker than Connolly or Manga. So, with Connolly banned for the next 2 games, I don't see Warnock pairing Bamba and Morrison together. So, If I'm right - which I'm probably not, but whatever - and Warnock puts Manga in defensive midfield. Then I wouldn't be too surprised to see Semi Ajayi coming in to fill the leftover central defensive position, alongside Sol Bamba. Ajayi is pretty fast for a 6ft5in centre half, plus he is great in the air, he has great recovery power, and he has youth on his side. Yes, Ajayi is inexperienced. But, with Bamba, Peltier, Bennett (if he's fit) alongside him, then Manga and Gunnarsson in front of him in midfield. Then I think they will all help him through any difficult periods he has during games. I personally think that he would do just fine. You never know it could be the making of him. It's about time anyway that some of these youngsters were given more responsibility and I think Neil Warnock is the manager that will finally, give them their chances to shine.

and where would o keefe play if gunnerson and manga are the 2 central . midfielders

It's not going to happen Manga won't be picked in central midfield over a specialised CM such as Gunnars or O'Keefe.

Okeefe is our best cm imo he has to start
