Mehmet Dalman today said "Paul Trollope was a good man, he put his heart and soul into the club. But after 11 games it felt like time and I didn’t want to see Neil go anywhere else."

Seemed like a gentleman and cannot be blamed for thinking he could give it a go.
The reality was that the job was beyond him but there should be no shame in that for him personally.
Certainly seemed like a very personable bloke and I hope he can get a job back in football at a level that he is comfortable in.
Never nice for anyone to lose their job but this was definitely the right decision for the club.
I wish him well for the future.

That s fair comments just didn't work and I can see Trollope back into a job as a number 2 very soon probably at Brighton to reunite with Hughton.

Football can be tough and unforgiving, but we all know that. Part of the game. From what I saw, OGS, Slade, and Trollope were all good, decent men. Wish them all well.
