Just like buses-wait ages for one then 3 come along

I think since the departure of DJ everybody has wished for some real experience at the helm and then all of a sudden City appoint 3. Can anyone tell me if any championship club has a managerial team with more experience.I can already see Blackwell taking over once NW departs for whatever reason.
