SURELY TAN MUST TAKE SOME CREDIT NOW????

Wed Oct 05, 2016 4:40 pm

Look, we all know he made a huge cock up with the re-brand and the jury is still out on him but he has done a lot of good for the club as well, he has kept us out of the winding up courts, he keeps us afloat on a monthly basis he even donated £1 million to local charities a few years back, he built the extention on the stadium which can only benefit the club in the long term. (and is probably the reason wales use our stadium) Yesterday he appointed arguabaly the best manager we have seen since Jimmy Schouler, many people said the likes of Warner would never work under tan and that trollope was his pick but it's funny that tan wanted trollope sacked after the leeds game but was persuaded to give him more time, also the sacking and replacment was done very quickly. Maybe, just maybe he is starting to listen to what the supporters want and he is trying to build bridges with the fans, time will now doubt tell.

Can't fault this appointment. Fair do's to CCFC for making it happen.

I'm anti-Tan. Don't like what he's done to our club and can't forgive him for that.

But got to give him credit for this. Neil Warnock is a fantastic appointment and the best we could hope for. I doubt he came cheap either.

More than happy with Neil Warnocks appointment, fully support him and always fully support my team on the pitch.

But Paul, Warnock is the EIGHTH manager appointed by owner Vincent Tan, Tan was virtually pushed it to a corner,he can't afford for us to be relegated and to get his money back we have to stay up no matter what. Even little Rotherham appointed Warnock last season,I have been told it was Dalman's idea/advice and he did all the work to get Warnock here.

Now for the sake of Cardiff City's future, lets fully back Warnock and the team and lets hope Tan does as well and let Warnock do what he does best and manage :bluebird: :bluebird: :bluebird: :bluebird: :bluebird:

Annis, I totally see where you are coming from because we all know that tan has made an arse of many things at the club but he has also done a lot of good as well, apart from the finance he still ploughs into the club bringing in Warnock to me is his greatest move so far, remember most posters on here (including myself) over the last 2-3 years have wanted Warnock at the but said there is no way he would work with tan, well we are all wrong on that front and inmaterial whoever suggested Warnock, tan has the final say.

Agree in a nutshell. Tan done wrong with re-brand but was big enough and had deep enough pockets to be able to put it right.
People shout at the lack of transfer but business wise we are now operating more in line with our income. Were not being chased every week by HMRC and a lot of off field issues have been resolved. This for me is the ultimate. Im not saying everyone needs to kiss Tans feet as some feel strongly against him, but at least ease off with the anti-Tan nonsense that people blame for our lifeless players and management.

We now have a football manager.. somebody that knows how to get out of this league. Financially we are running more above water than we have been, we are back in blue. We've hit the fan guys, now hopefully this is the turning point. New Start!
