Kevin Blackwell and Ronnie Jepson

They are the two men who will stand beside Warnock on the touchline at the CCS, so what about the Bluebirds’ new assistant manager and first team coach?

A brief look at their CV’s.

Managed the Blades, Leeds, Bury and Luton as a Number 1

" Ronnie Jepson "

Joined Warnock’s backroom staff at Palace
Followed the 67-year-old to QPR and Leeds

A very good and experienced back room staff ,and probably didn't come cheap either.

Better than Lawrence.

I read Margetson is on the coaching team - isn't he with England?

He was Sam Allardyce's man so has probably been given the heave-ho.

He's our goalkeeping coach and left Wales to join sam at England. Weather or not he's still with us after the recent clear out I'm not sure.

Blackwell and Jepson WITHOUT Warnock would be a decent experienced team.

Two former Leeds managers now with us (Warnock and Blackwell) and we're delighted! :o

Strange how football works isn't it?

Warnock is a short term fix - and the right one - along with his back room staff but it would be nice if Bellamy was brought in alongside them to learn from him with a view to the future?

Just let the three of them get on with it. We're in enough trouble already!

Good call above regarding Blackwell & Jepson. Yes, Warnock is a short term answer, and very much needed at this time. If things go well over the next 2 years, it may be time for him to step back and maybe Blackwell and/or Jepson take over??

But if we don't plan ahead when Warnock leaves end of this season or the next then we are in the same position as now. Hopefully higher up the table though.
