Ok in this clip he had just lost 4 on the bounce but he came from 2nd from bottom to being within 3 points of the playoffs! This man really is a magician! Who knows what we can do now that we have him!

I like what he says 5 minutes in about its great to take over a club after a previous Manager has screwed things up. He said if you suceed its great and you have done well, if you dont you can blame the previous Manager! 
No presure now is there so perhaps he has got a point.
I think he actually enjoys managing these type of situations as it makes him look good and his mouth must have been watering at the prospect of taking us over!
He also says in the video that you make your own luck even after a real bad piece of luck is pointed out, no bulls&£t!! He is like a breath of fresh air after some of the Managers we have had running this club.
Hes perfect in every way for us......
