Agree! must have spoke to at least the agent/agents of Warnock and the back room staff, otherwise no way would have happened so quick..

To have everything sorted with one man in a couple of hours, is a stretch but 3 to agree terms,is hard to believe.
So yes he was probably sounded out,after the Derby defeat.
When everybody could see Trollope was woefully out of his depth.
Warnock and his assistants,probably agreed terms bonuses and future plans and targets set,all through last week.
The club have truly surprised me in how they have dealt with this.
I think more to do with Vincent Tan,than Dalman and Choo, I think Tan is the ruthless one after all its his money,and the thought of relegation and even more potential losses .Probably give him the kick up the arse he needed.
Now I believe he will invest not loads of money ,but what he has probably agreed with Warnock.

The first objective for this season must be to steer well clear of the relegation zone.

If we can do that, and both sides are content to move forward, then next season we may be able to think a bit bigger but for the moment, and with the difficulties amongst the playing staff with the strikers and pace throughout the team, a mid table finish this season would be a great success as far as I am concerned.

Whats his contract? I would give him a couple o seasons and give him a bit of backing and he would have us challenging for promotion either this season its still early or next exciting times.
