May be but there again circumstances have worked to force the hand of the board, who have made the right decision IMO.

I feel if we did do this in the summer we wouldn't be too far off the play offs by now

In threads about who should be the next manager I went for Neil Warnock and I agree we would be in a totally different position if that had happened. The board made the wrong choice when they went for Paul Trollope but once the decision was made I wanted to give him my backing.
That experiment failed. The good to come out of it was the board realised that the cheap option wasn't going to work in the long run and NW was available.

Zohore wouldn't be here. I'm sure Warnock would reject these types of signings

I've been saying warnock for years but I do understand why they went for trollope I don't think it was just the cheap option I really do think that they thought after just missing out on the playoffs last year then we would have a chance this year with Trollope ,as when he came in with Slade the football did get better and the club wanted continuitybut maybe in hindsight trollope was part of the problem with failure last season and a whole new fresh approach was needed

If there is one thing this board can agree on 100% its Zohore is shit.
it is noticeable that even the forum's provocateurs don't want anything to do with this one haha

Don't worry they will be back. There is a rumour someone left a light on at the training ground which surely has to be Tan and the boards fault Wed Oct 05, 2016 10:02 am

First team manager, well that beats a coach role so happy days![]()
Hopefully people will back him but I wont even give it 7 games the daggers will be out sadly if we have not won 5 of them, that's the modern way these days with football and the fans

Whose giving him 5 wins out of 7 games? I'll shoot him myself unless its 6 wins
