Haha, if there is one man you want to get you out of a relegation battle it's Warkock!

The only thing I'm worried about, even if Warnock do come in is that its the same useless players we have in our club. If he do get them playing well number 1 I will eat my hat and number 2 he is a magician.

Like everyone else on here, I would love Warnock to be our next manager. However, I just can't see it. He's likely to be expensive and would unlikely to be tempted to work for a dictator like Tan. Would Tan eat humble pie, acknowledge that he is clueless on footballing matters and leave the decisions to Warnock? I doubt it, but very much hope I'm wrong.

I fear us going down if Johnson (whoever he is) or Rowberry get the job, but this seems far more likely based on past ludicrous decisions of our club.

If he does come here a big IF , I'll bet we'll be the only team he hasn't made better. He is bound to fail once,we have the same slow players no loans allowed etc. If he gets this team firing,he would prove to everyone, that he is a world class manager.

They could tempt him with a nice deal.

Sign him till the end of the season with options of a pay rise and more years if certain things achieved which would prob make sense for both parties.

Warnock would need backing, so far Tan has showed nothing but has ruin the club.

at last the club are looking at doing something right, he has to be given control tho or theres no point in bringing in anyone might as well give tan the job if warnock doesnt get full control.surely the club can see they arent in a position to make the corrct footballing decisions

Great news by the sounds of it. Still feel sorry for him having to work with the crap we have as players. Sorry Niel you can't polish a turn I think we are going down.

You'd want Neil Warnock on your side in a battle. He'll only stop managing when they're hammering down the nails in his coffin.

Should be able to bring a tune out of the squad that we have.

Look what he did at rotheram last season -they were virtually relegated 3/4 way thru season when he took over & they ended up 9 points clear of relegation i think. possibility of play offs still there with him at the helm coz its still very early days yet
