Could be a good appointment i agree with daya. Has won the national league, been promoted to the championship with yeovil got to play off final with bristol city, won promotion on other occasions too i think and got to other finals and winning a fa trophy final too.
He does has bags of experience and has been a winner in the past so these too credentials would be important for us at the moment. He has also took over teams in the past and guided them out of the relegation zone to safety which is what we need too so he gets a vote from me..

He was really unlucky not to reach the Premier League. I enjoyed Hull's goal very much that day.
The great thing about him is his man management style. He only signs players who will fit in and work hard. He also gets the best out of his players.

This is the key with there being 3 months before we can even think about getting new players in.
This season is now all about survival and recovery and a motivator/organiser is vital.

Waiting his opportunity to manage Cardiff like every other underachieving lower league manager at a club in danger of relegation.
