I was delighted when we signed huws, can't understand why he's not playing, Jazz was certainly and upgrade over that chav Malone.

Losing Marshall and Fabio were huge blows, Moore sale was silly with the uncertainty over Marshall! Lambert is a decent signing but the others have been poor!

Zahore should never have been given a 3 yr deal, Fred is very poor. Murphy hopefully will never play but that was just taking whatever was left in the sale basket outside for cover.

I can't understand why we are not using Ajayi he was decent pre season and did Well out on loan last year! Oshilaji too who we send out again! Tommy o Sullivan is another tidy central player, why isn't he given an opportunity to be around the match day squad!

Trollope picks and sets up the team! He has to take all the blame for our set up and performances! Playing people out of position, constantly changing the cente back pairing! Picking out of form players such as Ralls and noone etc.... We have no pace but we do have some tidy footballers, we should be doing better!

having that spelt out there puts the situation into perspective. i'm not saying trollope is a good or bad manager as he's only been here 11 games.

it is my gut feeling that trollope would have a chance if he was given sufficient funds to sign a striker who could bail us out with regularity. we have also lost our best player in marshall. he has been given peanuts to sign replacements. cutting the budget creates a negative atmosphere and downgrades expectations and teams often fall far more than they should. it takes a very good manager to produce results in those circumstances.

the team has become stale and hasn't had an injection of real quality for quite a while now. all the while prices continue to rise and teams like aston villa and newcastle spend ridiculous money.
