Agree get an already lined up replacement and then sack him instead sacking him then waste a week looking for replacements and if Trollope is still in charge against Bristol then that's just another game wasted and probably embarrassment on TV.

Well there is supposed to be a meeting with Trollope and the board over the next couple of days and I doubt he will be in charge after it hopefully.
